Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch — whichever is earlier. A full refund will be issued.
Returns Accepted
We accept returns within 7 days for: wrong product delivered, damaged or expired product, significant quantity mismatch.
Returns NOT Accepted
We cannot accept returns for: opened/used products, products without original packaging, or change of mind after delivery.
